What do I do as a  Health Coach?

Imagine waking up in the morning feeling refreshed, light, and clear minded. You start your day with a short bit of meditation to get you focused for the day, you make yourself a healthy breakfast, and you walk outside and it’s BEAUTIFUL out and you are on your way to  a job that doesn’t even feel like work because you love it so much? Or imagine coming home at the end of the day to your loving partner and the space you call home that is your paradise, where you have wonderful conversations and feel truly relaxed? Imagine looking in the mirror and truly and honestly loving what you see, feeling positive and confident?

It’s all possible.

The truth of the matter is, we all get off track in our lives, how can we not? With everything we are bombarded with through the media, magazines, the web, it can be so hard to know what’s really healthy these days, what exercises should I really be doing, how am I really supposed to de-stress?  It can be so easy to google something and find tons and tons of information of what to do to fix it, just leaving you more confused than ever. We get off track through our environments, through stress from an overwhelming expectation to keep up and do everything all the time. How are we supposed to manage to de-stress, exercise, work on our relationships, have a career, AND then cook healthy meals on top of that?

Schwoof. This is where I can help. I am the guiding hand to help you navigate all of your questions and to help you day to day to get to where you want in life; whether it be to lose that extra weight, find balance again, leaving a job that doesn’t fulfill you anymore, or finding what makes you happy again. How do the programs work? 

You contact me wishing for better overall health, and we set up a time to meet for a free 30 minute session, either over the phone or in person if you are in my area. We discuss your current health situation, your health in the past, what areas of your life you want to change, and goals that you want to achieve through working with me. After our first session, you decide if you think you would like to sign up for the program of your choice, and I begin tailoring a program to your needs!
