30 Day Spring Cleanse

I’m so excited to announce that I am working with Alma Yoga to bring you guys a 30 day guided cleanse for the mind, body, and soul! Helping people to find their way to healthier bodies AND mindsets is something I love to do, and love seeing. I think so often we get off tracks for a week, a month, sometimes YEARS. We need a little help getting back to where we want to be. In designing this cleanse, I want to show participants that we are all human. We will mess up, we will cheat on our diets, we will fall behind where we want to be. But that’s OK. This is where I come in. I want to help you get to where you want to be. Within these 30 days, we will be having weekly mantras, to help get you in a positive mindset for your journey during the four weeks. There will also be a guided meal plan, with full recipes, and a grocery list. I am designing the meals to be full of detoxifying vegetables, utilizing delicious spices, whole foods to create very simple meals that can be made in about 30 minutes. I tried to think about my lifestyle, and being a really busy person, how would a cleanse work for me and my life. I want this to be friendly to as many different lifestyles as possible.

I have also thrown in a little lifestyle tip each week to help you clean up other areas of your life besides your diet. I’m not going to give away any of the juicy details but we will be hitting your kitchen, closets, relationships and more. You will start to notice how cleaning up more than just your diet has a tremendous impact on your life, in a good way too. The goal is to feel clear minded, lighthearted, and confident. Or at least get you started down this path. It doesn’t have to come all together in 30 days, but it will give you a huge jumpstart to creating balance for your mind, body, and soul.

This time of year is a perfect time to embark on a cleanse journey like this one because Spring is the season of awakening, and renewal. We often try to conquer all of these resolutions we make for ourselves in January, which fall by the wayside pretty quickly in the short, cold days. It’s hard to detox in January, when detoxing means lighter, cleansing foods, whereas in January, our bodies need and crave heavier, warming foods. Getting out and moving your body is also easier when you wake up, the birds are singing, and the sun is shining, versus trying to get up for a workout when it’s still dark out and below 20 degrees, am I right?
